- the insurer does not have an agreement with an official dealer servicing a brand of car manufactured less than 2 years ago;
- death of the victim;
- recognition of a car damaged as a result of an insured event as unfit for restoration;
- choosing a method of compensation for victims who are disabled or who received moderate or severe injuries as a result of an accident;
- exceeding the cost of car repairs according to the calculation of 400,000 rubles.
