- The driver should not look for a veterinarian or game warden on his own. He just needs to call the police or traffic police, and law enforcement agencies are obliged to take appropriate measures on their own.
- The owner of the vehicle can be found guilty not only immediately after the accident, but also within 90 days after the crime was committed.

- Bison, bison or their hybrids – 90,000 rub.
The amount of damage from the death of a wild animal in an accident is calculated based on the value that it could bring to forestry - fur, meat, offspring, etc., as well as on the uniqueness of the animal for the fauna of the country and continent.
What are the consequences if you don’t pay?
After the person at fault for the accident is issued a receipt to pay the fine, the law provides the citizen with up to 60 days to deposit the funds. If this is not done or payment is made late, the person is given an additional penalty:
- Double the fine;
- Administrative arrest for 15 days;
- Assignment of correctional work.
Also, if there is no payment for more than 3 months, the case is transferred to the court, and then to the bailiff service for forced collection. As a coercive influence, the SPI has the right:
