If the scooter engine capacity is over 50 cc

If the scooter engine capacity is up to 50 cc

What fines and other sanctions await violators for driving without a license?
Unfortunately, many continue to be negligent in complying with the requirements of the law. This can be especially seen in the Russian outback.
