“My wife’s blood pressure dropped sharply while we were driving together in the car. She forgot the pills that could have corrected the situation. I stopped near the nearest pharmacy, breaking traffic rules in part of the parking lot so I could quickly run for some pills. He didn’t turn on the emergency lights or put up a sign - there was no time for that. And then some smart guy, passing by, took a photograph of my car and posted it on some website, and the traffic police became interested in the photograph. I received a fine. What was I supposed to do? What should I do now? Will I be able to prove that the stop was forced? And can this photograph be called proof of my guilt?
