After studying (well, just for fun) the available insurance companies, I came to the conclusion that they did not particularly suit me, either the reviews were not very good, or the office was at least 80 kilometers away, I decided to call the RGS and find out what the problem was, the operator listened and replied that the problem was more likely technical (well, my Internet is slow, the browser is probably outdated, etc. and advised me to try later or from another device) so I did, for two days in a row, at least 10 attempts a day at different times, and even at night, when supposedly the site is not loaded, the browsers have been updated, the laptop has been wiped clean, but there is no result.

I decided to write to the support, indicated the essence of the problem, the data, asked to check my case, what’s wrong, what doesn’t suit the RGS, what are my actions (by the way, I would be satisfied with a refusal, well, they don’t like me, so there’s no time to waste , there are other insurance companies, we just need clarity), the support responded in a standard way, saying that they understood that the problem was technical, they were working on this issue and advised either to use the services of RSA or to continue trying on the RGS website.

I continued, ten more times during the day, the interception plan still did not give any results. I decided to call again, talk to a real person, the operator listened to me, said that he was not authorized to resolve such issues (well, manually check what was wrong with my policy, maybe the data was not satisfactory, etc.) politely asked if there was Do I have other problems, he said that according to his data, the system is working normally, and recommended using the services of RSA or continuing to try. After that, about half an hour later - a call. I answer.
