Who needs to undergo a motorcycle inspection and when?

This automatically means that the owner of a motorcycle must annually take out a compulsory motor liability insurance policy to insure his civil liability. There is no obligation to undergo a technical inspection only for owners of new motorcycles whose period of operation does not exceed 3 years.
