Every person who passes the exam at the State Traffic Inspectorate receives a driver's license. But before this, the citizen needs to prepare a package of papers confirming his identity, indicating the absence of serious pathologies or diseases, registration, the fact of listening to lectures and successfully mastering practical driving skills in a specialized institution. - Receipt confirming payment of the fee. The amount is established by the Federal Tax Service. The law is constantly changing, so the size may increase periodically. This fee is required to be paid and without it the document will be refused.

Nuances of registration of international rights
Driving a vehicle outside our state is not allowed without an international driver's license.
