Validity and cost
Expiration date of honey certificates of the new type have been reduced to one year. Old certificates issued earlier than July 1, 2021 with a validity period of 2 or 3 years retain their legal force until their expiration date. - categories A, B, C, D and E are supplemented with an expanded list of BE, CE, DE, Tm, Tb, M, A1, B1, C1, D1, C1E, D1E;
- a table with contraindications for administration appeared;
- a table has been added for entering additional readings;
- Now the certificate indicates not the place of residence, but the place of registration.
Form 003 V/u, the sample of which is the same for the entire country, is placed on an A5 sheet. All medical characteristics of the driver are briefly formulated here. Only within the walls of a licensed medical institution can a certificate form 003 V/u be issued. The sample is filled out correctly and quickly. What specialists does a driver need to undergo?
For all types of categories, the conclusion of the following specialists is required:
- therapist,
- psychiatrist
- ophthalmologist,
- narcologist.
IMPORTANT !!! A visit to a neurologist for categories “A”, “B” or “M” is made when there is an appropriate referral from a therapist. For “C” or “D”, the passage of such a specialist is mandatory. In addition, you will need to provide the results of an examination by an otolaryngologist and the electroencephalography procedure.
Tests to detect the presence of psychoactive drugs in the urine and carbohydrate-deficient transferrin in the blood are taken only when directed by a narcologist.
A visit to a psychiatrist or narcologist can only be done at a government institution at your place of residence. Some medical clinics offer these specialists to study with them, but this violates the requirements of current legislation, so a certificate obtained in this way will not be considered valid. Female drivers are also required to undergo a gynecological examination.
