General procedure for registering a car

Registration and deregistration of vehicles is carried out in accordance with Government Decree No. 938 “On State Registration of Motor Vehicles...” and Federal Law No. 283-FZ “On State Registration of Vehicles...” To carry out legal actions, you will need a full package of the following documents:
