What is a diagnostic card

Previously, in order to pass a technical inspection, a compulsory motor liability insurance policy was required, but after the adoption of the law on passing a technical inspection, the situation changed. Vehicle diagnostic card

Each card is certified by a technical expert. Written out by hand, has two copies. The electronic version is made in one copy and is assigned a unique identification number. Fine for lack of technical inspection

A fine for driving without a technical inspection can currently only be imposed on the driver of a passenger taxi, bus or truck intended for transporting people, or a vehicle for transporting dangerous goods. Its size is 500 - 800 rubles .
