Payment of traffic police fines without commission via the Internet

What methods exist

There are several options for paying a traffic police fine online. Let's list some of them:

  • Through Sberbank Online.
  • On the traffic police website.
  • On the government services portal.
  • Via Yandex.
  • Using third party services.

There are other ways:

  1. Through ATMs.
  2. In the Qiwi terminal.
  3. In person at a bank branch.

Many people want to pay traffic police fines online without a fee, but this is not always possible. For example, if you deposit funds through Yandex Money, you will have to pay 1 percent, through WebMoney - 0.8%. Sberbank Online offers transfers with a minimum commission.

You shouldn't be so negative about additional fees. It is quite natural that many people want to deposit money without a commission, but in reality it is not that large and will not affect your financial situation.

Withdrawal of commission funds for payments

How can you pay a traffic police fine without a receipt? The receipt is lost.
The fees vary depending on the payment systems. Its complete absence occurs due to the conclusion of a promotional agreement between banks and the traffic police. If it is possible to view the status of such agreements, you can get to pay bills without additional fees

If this is not possible, it is important to decide on systems that require the least amount of additional charges

The commission amount for mobile operators is quite high. For convenience and accessibility, drivers pay a minimum of five percent of the amount collected. Payments through the QIWI system are processed at a three percent fee. However, the minimum amount should be 30 rubles, i.e. for minimal fines (500 rubles) a double increase is requested. Payment is made based on the order data (series and number) or receipt (details). Depositing money into a personal account in QIWI is indeed done without a surcharge. You will have to pay for other operations. Through Webmoney the commission fee will be less than one percent. From 500 rubles, 4 rubles will be the amount of commission. Payment of a fine in the Yandex system will occur with a commission of one percent. The minimum limit for contributions to the system will also be 30 rubles.

The State Services website provides the opportunity to choose a payment method, as a result of which the size of the commission is not constant. Banks are asking for more than 2 percent, and mobile operators - 4-9 percent.

Sberbank is one of the largest banks in the country. Its commission also depends on the payment method. You can make a payment using your card. The commission percentage will be 1-3 percent. At the terminal, they will charge at least 30 rubles for such an operation, although the commission itself is 3 percent. Fees will be charged separately for each payment.

It will not be possible to make a payment with zero commission. But it is possible to choose the smallest percentage of the premium for carrying out a payment transaction to pay off the debt.

Payment of traffic police fines online without commission

Traffic police fines by last name

Yandex Money is a popular payment system in our country. Several years ago, YaD was purchased by Sberbank, after which many new functions appeared in it. Now you can search for fines and pay them through the system, and the process takes a minimum of time.

Go to the portal money.yandex.ru. You will need to log into your personal account, and if you don’t have an account yet, then register. Click on the “Goods and Services” tab and go to the “Fines” item.

You will see a form where you need to enter data. The system will find fines and you will be asked to pay them. To do this, you will need to choose a method - from a Yandex wallet or from a linked bank card. Processing the payment will take a minimum of time and the funds will be transferred to the appropriate accounts.

You can enable automatic notification. Data on new collections will be sent to your mobile phone in the form of SMS or email. After receiving the notification, you will be able to log into your Yandex Money account and make a payment. Using automatic notifications will allow you to promptly learn about a violation and repay it with a 50 percent discount within 20 days, in accordance with the current law.

Penalties for repeated administrative violation

How to pay a traffic police fine with a 50 discount

Tightening penalties for repeated violations of traffic rules is a necessary measure in the transport sector to reduce the likelihood of road users getting into a road traffic accident (RTA). A car owner who commits such an offense will be punished with a heavy fine and deprivation of his driver's license.

In the corresponding provision of Art. 4.6 of the Code of Administrative Offenses states that a citizen who has committed an administrative violation is subject to punishment for a period of 12 months from the date of the decision. The period of enforcement action depends on the type of punishment. For example, in a situation with a fine, the year is counted from the date of payment of the monetary penalty, and in case of deprivation of the right to operate a vehicle, the executive measure is effective from the moment such a restriction is lifted.

Deprivation of liberty

Before drawing up a protocol in case of traffic violation, the inspector contacts the duty station to establish identical offenses committed by the motorist in the past. If a similar precedent has already occurred, after drawing up the protocol is sent to the duty station for further consideration and making a decision on the violation. In some cases, documentation is submitted to the court.

There are cases when a traffic police officer does not carry out an on-site inspection, but immediately transfers an already drawn up protocol to the duty station. If during the inspection it is discovered that the owner of the car has already been fined and committed an identical offense within 12 months from the date of payment of the fine, an address notification is sent to him.

Important! The penalties for repeated driving without a driver's license while drunk have been tightened. Such an offense can result in a fine for the car owner from 200 to 300 thousand rubles*, forced labor for 480 hours or a more severe form of punishment in the form of imprisonment for 2 years

If a drunk driver is repeatedly refused a medical examination, Article 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation is applied.

Criminal liability is imposed in the following cases:

  • if the offender was previously limited in the rights to operate a car for driving while intoxicated;
  • if the driver has already been deprived of his license for drunk driving, and he was caught for the same violation within 12 months;
  • if the car owner was convicted of a traffic accident (accident) committed while drunk (the conviction is removed 36 months after release from prison).

For reference! Refusal to undergo examination is regarded as a proven fact of intoxication.

It would be better if drivers were less likely to wonder how to pay fines online without a fee. However, if such a problem arises, it is better to use proven portals, which allow you to save money on commission fees and pay bills quickly, and most importantly, on time, without taking up a lot of personal time.

Pay a fine without commission online using the resolution number

You can pay a fine according to the resolution number without a commission on the modern State Services portal. To do this, it is necessary to follow a clear algorithm of actions, namely:

  1. Register on the portal by entering your current mobile phone number and e-mail. In addition, the site requests the insurance number of an individual personal account (SNILS). To confirm your identity, you will need to provide the service with your passport information.
  2. Log in to your personal account.
  3. Find and select the tab for checking traffic police fines.
  4. After the transition, the site will open a window where the further procedure for receiving the payment service is presented.
  5. The next step is to select the “Get a service” tab.
  6. If during registration the driver indicated the details of his license and registration certificate, the site will automatically display information about existing fines. If the car owner does not have time to wait for the completion of the data transfer synchronization process between the traffic police and the State Services portal, you must select the “Check by receipt number” tab.
  7. After selecting a service, a field opens where you must enter a unique accrual identifier (UIN) number.
  8. As soon as the main field is filled in, the “Proceed to Payment” button will become active.
  9. Next, the system loads the provided decision data and displays available information on fines and the possibility of paying them with a 50% discount.
  10. The next step is to select a payment method. On State Services, you can pay a fine according to the resolution number without commission using a mobile operator account (the agreement is concluded with Beeline, Megafon and Tele 2), by transferring funds from the WebMoney or Yandex Money e-wallet, as well as using Visa, MasterCard or MIR bank cards . The user cannot pay a fine from a Maestro card on the State Services portal - the system rejects the payment due to the low level of protection for the transaction on the part of the payment system itself.

Important! The fine must be paid by the violator within 20 days from the date of entry into force of the resolution. This period is provided for those articles for which the amount of sanctions does not exceed 500 rubles

An important advantage of the State Services portal is the absence of a commission fee when conducting a payment transaction. Moreover, the chosen payment method does not matter; the system requests the amount corresponding to the penalty charges

Payment confirmation information can be found in the Payments tab.

Megafon keeps up with its competitors and provides a service for paying administrative penalties. But it’s difficult to find it: you need to go to Megafon’s website, and then follow the route: “Services and options” -> “Money transfers and payments” -> “Payment.

The payment process itself is nothing special: enter the STS data, select the desired fine, and pay. The mobile number account of Megafon clients is also a QIWI wallet, so payment goes through the payment system. The commission varies around 3-5%, depending on the region.

Tele 2

Tele 2, like Beeline, has not only a payment option, but also an “Auto Fines” option, which allows you to quickly find out about the status of your debts to the traffic police.

Setting up Auto Fines:

  • Connect: send an SMS with the vehicle certificate number to 7806.
  • Disconnect: Send SMS “STOP” to the same number.

Connection is free, but you need to pay for use, 4 rubles per day (while the service is activated). For this money you receive: SMS about a fine when it appears (when the penalty appears in the Federal Treasury database); warnings about the end of the payment period/discount (3 days in advance); news about changes in traffic rules and laws related to them.

Payment can be made in the “Tele2 Auto Fines” application (must be connected). Everything is extremely simple: choose a fine, pay from your mobile account. Commission fee: 5%.

SMS message

Residents of Moscow can use the EMP (Unified Mobile Platform) service. EMP is an initiative of the Moscow government. The idea is that all city residents should receive a convenient service to pay for everything possible, including fines from the traffic police.

Using the Unified Mobile Platform is easy:

  1. Register - send SMS “servicereg” to 7377.
  2. Send SMS “fine [vehicle number] [vehicle series]”.
  3. You receive information about administrative penalties.
  4. After some time, another message will come like: “Fine number such and such. To pay, send a blank message in response.”
  5. Sending an empty message.
  6. If there is enough money on the balance to pay, the fine will be paid.

Commission fee – 5-7%, depending on the operator.

Public services

State Services is the largest portal for paying for government services, fines, debts, and so on. According to statistics, 1,300,000,000 services are paid for through the portal per year.

You can pay a traffic fine from a mobile phone through State Services as follows:

  1. Register. To register, you will need a mobile number, data from your passport and SNILS.
  2. Log in to your personal account.
  3. Select the “Transport and Driving” category in the services, select fines, order the service.
  4. Next, you either look for your fine or immediately indicate the unique accrual identifier.
  5. If you are looking, indicate the data you will be searching by (data about the driver or data about the car), and select your fine.
  6. State Services does not have an internal wallet, so you choose a convenient payment method - mobile account, plastic card or payment system.
  7. Make the payment.

State Services have significant advantages: all data is stored in one place; information about fines arrives promptly, payment is promptly registered with the traffic police; problems arise extremely rarely. The only downside is the commission, on average 3% (the exact amount of the commission depends on the chosen payment method and region).

Mobile app

Since any legal entity can gain access to the Federal Treasury database under certain conditions, the market for mobile applications and third-party services for paying administrative penalties related to traffic rules has grown to intergalactic proportions. We will not describe the step-by-step payment algorithm for each application (it is the same: downloaded - found your fine based on the data - paid), we will consider the most popular applications:

  • Government services
    . Mobile version of the popular service described above. A big plus of “mobile State Services” is a very high-quality application. Average rating: 4.6 out of 5, crashes and bugs are extremely rare, the developers promptly correct all errors found.
  • Sberbank Online
    . Internet banking from Sberbank, which allows you to manage cards/deposits/loans and pay for many services, including fines. Average rating: 4.6 out of 5, the quality of the application is not inferior to State Services. Additional advantages: low commission; Sber takes only 1% for paying administrative penalties from the traffic police. Minus - you can’t use it if you don’t have a plastic card from the bank.
  • Traffic police fines with photos
    . As the name implies, the application focuses on photos obtained from registration cameras. Average rating: 4.8 out of 5. The application has additional functions, for example, payment of transport tax. The commission for payment is not less than 40 rubles.
  • Traffic fines 2019
    . One of the most popular applications - more than 200,000 downloads. Average rating: 4.7. The application provides not only information about the fine, but also a photo (if possible). In addition to the main functionality, there is a traffic rules database. A big plus is prompt technical support. Payment – by card, commission fee = “bank commission” + “50 rubles application commission”.

Payment systems

Many people are not at all embarrassed by the fact that using payment systems and services involves additional fees. It’s simple and easy, which is why people are often willing to pay a little more for their personal comfort.

That’s why more and more often I come across people who, instead of queuing at banks and visiting official websites of Russian government agencies, use payment systems. With their help, debts can be paid in full or in parts. A special database makes it possible to quickly make payments.

  • QIWI (aka Qiwi);
  • WebMoney;
  • Yandex;
  • Sberbank Online.

Still, Internet banking occupies the top position in my personal rating among the optimal payment methods. But each person has his own preferences. Therefore, I’ll just tell you about the features of each of these systems.

WebMoney

Several years ago, the most popular WebMoney service introduced new functionality that allows you to pay for various government services, including traffic police fines.

The payment procedure looks extremely simple for those who regularly use the service.

  • You should go to the system website and log in using the webmoney keeper;
  • Go to the special Payments section and the traffic police fines tab;
  • Next, fill in all the necessary fields by which you can identify the fine issued to you;
  • Click on the search button, as a result of which the system displays current information about the fine;
  • Now a page appears with a payment button. By clicking on it, all detailed details will be sent to you. If everything is correct, move on;
  • Don't forget to check the box that you agree with the terms of the agreement. The service will check the data, after which a receipt for payment will be sent to your wallet;
  • You click the Pay button and transfer funds;
  • Information about the new transaction appears in the payment history. It can be saved electronically or printed.

Everything is quite simple, fast and informative. You will know for sure that you entered the correct data, and therefore your fine has been officially paid off.

Yandex

Yandex also has its own payment system, Money. If you have a YAD wallet, then you will need to have the following data at your disposal:

  • about the region and area where the protocol was issued against you;
  • the traffic police department you encountered;
  • resolution number;
  • personal data of the vehicle owner.

Enter the data in the appropriate fields, you will be given a receipt after payment and that’s it. Nothing complicated if you act step by step without violating the requirements of the system.

By the way, payment through such a service implies an additional system commission in the amount of 1% of the total fine.

QIWI

If you have an electronic wallet of this system, you will also be able to pay fines. To do this you need to know about:

  • date of the decision;
  • the number of this very resolution;
  • the amount you are required to pay.

The disadvantage of the Qiwi system is that the commission here is already 3% of the total amount.

Sberbank Online

This is a relatively new service from the largest Russian bank that was offered to clients. Moreover, it turned out to be quite convenient and understandable.

To begin, the bank client will need to register in the system and create an account.

If you have done this, log into your personal account and go to the payments section. Next you will find a subsection for paying fines. Copy key details from the traffic police website and deposit money.

Please note that only the person for whom the protocol was drawn up can pay the fine through a bank card. You cannot do this for another person.

One more thing. If the information is entered incorrectly, the payment will not be counted. There is no way to get your money back or correct your data. You will have to make the payment again. If you do everything carefully, you won’t have to worry about how to get your money back.

The commission for this system is 1%.

Draw your own conclusions

As for me, each option has its undeniable advantages, but also has disadvantages.

How to pay a traffic fine via mobile phone in 2020

Today it is not difficult to make a non-cash payment. In addition to bank cards and electronic wallets that are familiar to many Internet users, you can now use the balance of a mobile phone number as a source of funds. Usually you don’t even need to connect additional services for this. We will tell you how to pay a traffic police fine via phone in 2021.

Modern methods of paying traffic fines

Every driver knows that fines issued by State Traffic Inspectorate employees for failure to comply with traffic rules can be paid in cash at the cash desk of any Russian bank. There is no such possibility in the traffic police departments. All payments to the budget must be made only through banks, various payment systems and services with access to the GIS GMP.

Every year, non-cash payment methods via the Internet, which are accessible not only from desktop computers, but also from mobile devices, are becoming more and more popular.

Which operators can you pay fines to?

The ability to pay via telephone bill is very convenient, since it does not always require mandatory registration on any online service and the use of a bank card. However, this service is not provided by all operators.

Today, only subscribers of Beeline, MegaFon and MTS can pay traffic fines.

It is possible to write off funds to pay debts from the Tele2 balance only if the operation is carried out through the “State Services” portal or the QIWI e-wallet. When using a mobile payment, you should take into account that the commission in this case will be at least 4%.

How to do it

To pay traffic police fines using funds on the balance of a cell number, having a telephone is not enough. In addition to the driver's license data and car registration certificate, you will need a computer with Internet access, since the operation is not performed by SMS command, but on a special payment portal of your operator.

Via MTS

Repayment of a fine from a mobile phone through MTS is carried out in the “Payment for goods and services” section on the website of the “Easy Payment” online service. To use the number balance, you must log in using your subscriber credentials. Otherwise, you will only be able to pay by credit card.

To start the payment process, in the “Transport” field, click the “Traffic Police Fines” button.

Next, you need to search for outstanding debt by order number, driver's license or STS. It is enough to indicate the details of one of these documents.

If you find a debt, indicate the amount and confirm the transaction. In a few seconds, an SMS with a one-time code will be sent to your cell phone. It must be sent in response to confirm the transaction.

Via Beeline

To pay traffic police fines through the mobile operator Beeline, authorization using the subscriber's credentials is not required. If there are enough funds on the number balance, to pay off the debt, go to the official Beeline website and in the “Payment and Finance” tab, click “Payment for services”.

Click the “Traffic Police Fines” button.

You will be offered three options:

  • set up automatic notifications about the appearance of new debt;
  • find fines based on your driver’s license and vehicle registration certificate;
  • pay according to the order number.

For example, let's take the third option.

Enter the document number, the date it was issued and your full name. fully.

Enter your address at the place of registration, enter your cell phone number and indicate the amount of the transaction.

After clicking the “Pay” button, you will receive an SMS with a one-time password. You should send a response message indicating the received confirmation password.

Via MegaFon

To pay off debts for administrative offenses when driving a car through MegaFon, go to the operator’s official website. In the “Services and Options” tab, select “Payments and Transfers”, and then follow the “Money Transfers” link.

Click "Other Payments".

will be at the top of the list.

It will not be possible to repay the debt using the decree number through MegaFon. To perform a search, you must specify the vehicle registration certificate number.

If an outstanding debt is found, you will be able to make a payment by indicating the MegaFon cell phone number and the amount of the transaction. As in previous cases, you will receive an SMS with a one-time confirmation password, which must be sent immediately in a response message.

Paying fines in Moscow via phone

The Moscow Department of Information Technologies has developed the “Unified Mobile Platform” service, which allows you to make payments from any mobile phone using SMS. In order to use the service, you need to send your driver’s license and STS numbers to 7377. When new fines appear on the territory of Moscow, you will receive information about them with instructions for payment using an SMS command.

Using Mobile Applications

Owners of smartphones and tablet PCs have the opportunity to make payments using various mobile applications that are offered to their clients by payment services and banks. To use them, you must register a personal account on the website of the corresponding service.

Only the QIWI Wallet and Gosuslugi mobile applications allow you to use your cell phone balance to pay fines and other services. In other cases, funds are debited from an electronic wallet or bank card account.

To use the mobile application of any bank, you must have its payment instrument in hand, since payment of fines online, as well as other services, is carried out only from card accounts. The login for your personal account can be obtained from bank employees, through ATMs or during the self-registration online process.

Conclusion

Despite the convenience, paying fines from a mobile phone balance has its drawbacks. For example, after writing off the transaction amount, instead of a check, you will receive only an SMS, and the maximum payment amount should not exceed 15,000 rubles.

Fines via SMS messages

In addition to the standard and familiar payment methods, there is another one - SMS payment. At the time of its appearance, it was available exclusively to Moscow residents. Today, any person in every region of Russia has this opportunity.

To pay, you need to go through a simple registration in the Unified Mobile Platform. Then you need to send the text servicereg or servicereg via SMS to number 7377.

You can find out whether there are fines, and if so, what they are, by sending the text “Fine Series STS Number” to number 7377 according to the vehicle certificate. You can also indicate the license number - “Fine VU Series VU Number”.

The positive side of the service is the ability to pay without visiting the traffic police department, banks, and in cases where you don’t have a bank card at hand.

Deadline for paying a fine to the traffic police

The deadline for paying administrative fines is regulated by the Code of Administrative Offenses (Article 32.2):

Since the matter concerns the entry into force of the decision to impose an administrative fine on the driver, we will figure out from what moment this document is considered to have entered into force:

Art. 31.1 interprets the deadline for appealing the decision, which is given in Art. 30.3:

Therefore, the fine for an administrative offense must be paid within 70 days (60 days for execution + 10 days for appeal).

In addition, we do not recommend throwing away the receipt/check for payment within 1 year after payment. This is the only way you will be guaranteed to be protected from various kinds of incidents that arose due to errors in the system, and you will be able to present a document (if necessary) as proof of the fact that money was transferred to pay off the fine.

Is it possible to pay a traffic police fine online?

There are many convenient online sites that allow you to pay off various types of fines without leaving your home. To obtain up-to-date information, you should have the following documentation with you: driver's license, registration certificate and registration certificate.

You need to be careful when using online services to conduct money transactions. You should trust only reliable and proven systems, since cases of fraud on third-party resources have become more frequent

Electronic wallets: Qiwi and Yandex. Money, Webmoney

This option involves creating an account and authorization on the site. The number and date of the decision and the amount of the fine must be entered in the prescribed form. You should also pay attention to the “commission” column, since it can be quite significant

To do this, you must fill out a special form, indicating only your full name. car owner, phone number and desired payment method. The necessary information will be displayed on the screen.

However, the presence of fines can only be checked through the vehicle registration certificate number, which may not always be at hand. In addition, the number of payment systems is limited (payment through Webmoney is not possible).

It happens like this: a fine paid in another way (for example, with electronic money) is listed on the traffic police website as valid due to the fact that information from the treasury was not entered into the traffic police database on time and the driver continues to be listed in the register of debtors. In this case, you should visit the website of government agencies: opposite the fine, click the “Download payment receipt” button, having scanned the document in advance. This way the car owner will help correct inaccuracies in the information.

Now the traffic police, together with banks and other financial institutions, is introducing new methods of paying monetary penalties. In particular, patrol cars are equipped with special devices for accepting payments, and special Sberbank terminals are installed on large highways.

Consequences of non-payment

For untimely fulfillment of this obligation, serious sanctions are provided, in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 20.25 Code of Administrative Offences, up to arrest for 15 days.

Payment using terminals

This payment method is carried out through QIWI and Sberbank terminals. The payment process will depend on which terminal was selected.

In order to pay a fine using a Sberbank terminal, you must have a bank card whose name matches the name of the car owner. The payment process will be as follows:

  • The card is inserted into the terminal and its PIN code is entered;
  • Go to the “Payment of administrative fines” section and select the desired traffic police department from the entire list;
  • Enter the series and number of the order issued and indicate the total amount of the fine;
  • Click on “Pay”.

Important! After the operation is completely completed, you must save the receipt. In addition, carefully check all the data you entered

With this payment method, you do not need to provide personal information. During the preparation of the protocol, the traffic police officer enters all data into a special electronic database, according to the form provided by the program. In such a database, the full name of the violator must be indicated. When the fine is paid in full, the traffic police department receives data and marks the payment.

Some Sberbank terminals have special sensors that read barcodes. This way, you can save time because you won’t have to enter all the data yourself. The barcode is passed in front of the device, all data is processed and recorded automatically. In addition, this way you can avoid any errors that may appear during manual entry.

You can pay through the Sberbank terminal not only by card, but also in cash. The payment process in this case changes only in that you do not need to insert the card into the terminal; after specifying all the data, you need to deposit cash.

When paying a traffic fine through a QIWI terminal, a bank card is not required. You just need to go to the menu, select the “Payment of traffic police fines” item, enter all the necessary data, enter the payment amount into the terminal, click on the “Pay” button and pick up the check.

With this payment method the commission is 3.5%.

Sberbank

To pay a fine using a Sberbank card, after displaying information about the existence of obligations on the State Services or State Traffic Safety Inspectorate website, click the pay button. In the fields provided, enter the information of the bank card from which you want to debit:

  • 16 numbers written on its front side;
  • last name and first name of the owner. They must be typed in Latin, in the same way as printed on the card itself;
  • the period until which it is valid;
  • three numbers indicated on the reverse side, next to the signature (CVC\CVV).

A code will be sent to the mobile phone number to which the card is linked, with which you must confirm the need to transfer funds. After entering these numbers, payment will be made.

Please note that information about payment of a fine does not appear immediately, so for some time this obligation will continue to be displayed on your website as unpaid. Do not rush to make the payment again, wait, as a rule, after a day it changes the status.

Fines
How to pay a traffic police fine without a fee? If a bank branch in your region has entered into an agreement with the inspectorate, then no commission will be charged on the payment.

You can pay the fine not through the State Services website, but using the Sberbank Online service. In your personal account, after selecting the card with which you are going to pay, find the “Taxes, fines, traffic police” section. There you can also pay either according to the data from the receipt that you have, or search for orders issued in your name or for your car. In the first case, you will need to enter the document number, in the second, the same data: from the driver’s license and vehicle registration certificate.

Features of online payment

Agree that the story of the standard payment method through a bank branch is familiar to everyone. You know very well what to do and how to stand in line.

Therefore, motorists are mostly interested in a way to pay for everything without a commission (or with a small percentage) and in the most convenient way. This is what I consider to be the online method.

There are several sites where you can do all this:

Only the SMS method stands out here, since the Internet is not needed here. How to check if you have fines? Simply send the message “service per” to the special number 7377. This registers you in the system. And then you receive all the detailed information about what debts you have.

Or send a message to the same number in the form:

  • Fine Series Number STS. This is how you pay for your driver's license. Quite simple and easy;
  • Fine Series of licenses and license number. This is for those who use their vehicle number to pay.

But, in my opinion, paying online via the Internet is much more attractive and simpler. Although this is relevant for those who understand modern electronics and are friends with the World Wide Web.

Pay by phone

There are several ways to pay a fine from your phone balance. Firstly, you can connect a special service and make payments using commands. If the service is activated, the subscriber can find out the status of fines according to his driver’s license or car registration certificate.

ATTENTION !!! Payment occurs after receiving a special message containing a special code. After it is sent and confirmed, the money will be debited from the balance of the phone number.

The second method is when paying by phone number in some services. For example, on the websites of electronic wallets and the traffic police. Confirmation also occurs by entering a code.

This method cannot be recommended as the main one, since it is characterized by fairly high fees and commission percentages. Their size depends on the specific operator. In some cases, it will be up to 100 rubles from a small payment. It is most profitable to use it when you urgently need to pay a small amount, but there is no money on your bank card.
