Control over the implementation of this order is entrusted to the Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region I. Administrative Regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Moscow Region for the provision of public services for taking exams for the right to drive self-propelled machines and issuing tractor driver (tractor operator) certificates (hereinafter - Administrative regulations) was developed in order to improve the quality of public service provision and determines the timing and sequence of actions (administrative procedures) in the exercise of powers to take exams from citizens for the right to drive self-propelled machines and issue tractor operator (tractor driver) certificates.
The following persons have the right to receive public services: 1) citizens of the Russian Federation; 2) foreign citizens and stateless persons.

The time to replace a tractor driver’s (tractor driver’s) license without taking qualification exams is up to 30 minutes.
Waiting in line to receive documents is no more than 10 minutes.
Time to issue documents (one person) - up to 10 minutes.
The provision of public services for taking exams for the right to drive self-propelled machines and issuing tractor driver (tractor operator) certificates is carried out in accordance with: 1) Tax Code of the Russian Federation (Part Two) from N 117-FZ (Collection of Legislation of the Russian Federation, , N 32, Art.

Categories of driver's licenses for tractors and special equipment

Category Ah
