Taxi and cargo transportation

The fine for a legal entity is 500,000 rubles with confiscation of installed equipment (Part 2 of Article 12.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation).

If the organization takes on the costs of paying fines and does not pass them on to the driver, significant amounts of money are lost every month. Payment period

Many car owners believe that they have one month to pay the traffic fine. In reality, the time frame is slightly different:
